  • Eat & drink watermelon daily to reduce Acidity.
  • Drinking a glass of cabbage juice daily prevent acidity
  • Eat banana and cucumber daily.
  • Drink 1-2 glasses of water early morning with empty stomach.
  • Take curd &  lassi daily helps in reducing Acidity
  • Take minimum of half glass of cold milk daily.
  • Drink coconut water with empty stomach.
  • Eating Ice cream helps in reducing Acidity.
  • Eat Jaggery after having meal.
  • Drinking water having a few drops of mint (pudina) is a good remedy for treatment of Acidity.
