Use: We recommend one alkaline bag in a container/bottle of water or less. Place pure water and alkaline bag in container/bottle and leave for 10 minutes or longer. Light shake a few times and then drink. Alkaline bag as desired for up to 30 days or 50 times use.
Note: Do not add to hot water, juices or liquids other than water.
