Pain in legs

This could be a reason why you are in pain like this. You need to concentrate on losing your bulk weight if this is your problem. You can start with dieting and some mild exercise. The simplest and most basic form of exercise is walking, but since you are already troubled with leg ache, you can stay off your feet. Try to start with a thrice a week session of yoga with a qualified instructor who will know how to guide someone in your position correctly. If this is your problem, it should take a few weeks to resolve itself. If not, and if you are unable to zero in on what is causing the aches and pains, then you need to find relief remedies. The simplest one is soak your legs in a hot tub which is full and to which you have added a handful of Epsom salt. This will help with providing relief by taking the pain away from your body. You can also gently massage your thighs and calves with warm mustard oil. This will also help to reduce the pain significantly. You also need to apply yourself towards strengthening your muscles. A lot of times, weak muscles can also lead to aches and pains. If your legs are not strong, then they will be unable to support you in terms of exercise as well as general activities such as walking and so on. Increase your intake of proteins in order to make your muscles stronger. Most of the muscle mass is made up of proteins, so your diet cannot be poor in proteins. The richest sources of proteins are milk, milk products and white meat. You can also add beans and legumes if you are a vegetarian or if you cannot have milk.
