Uric acid:
Natural home remedy using apples:
1. Eat 1 apple after every meal
2. Apples have malic acid, which neutralises uric acid

Natural home remedy using lime:
1. Add the juice of half a lime to 1 glass of water
2. Drink 2 times a day
3. Citric acid in lime dissolves uric acid

Potato for Uric Acid
Cut a potato into pieces in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Next morning filter this water and drink it. Or take 1 Raw Potato Juice and drink this juice daily for the treatment of gout and uric acid. Or Bake Sweet Potatoes in Clay oven (tandoor) for 8-10 minutes. Cut into pieces after peeling it and sprinkle Lemon juice and black pepper over it. Very effective to decrease uric acid level and gout pain.

Flax seeds and Charcoal for Uric Acid

Make a paste with 3-4 tablespoons Flax seeds and 3-4 tablespoon wooden Coal/Charcoal (koayla) powder with lukewarm water. Apply this paste on effected joint and band it with a cotton cloth piece. Leave it for overnight and remove next morning. Wash with normal water. The best remedy to reduce uric acid and joints pain effectively.

Wooden Coal /Charcoal for Uric Acid
Chewing 1/2 teaspoon powder of Wooden Coal /Charcoal daily for one week, found very much effective to control or reduce uric acid level naturally.

Mustard and Nigella seeds Oil  with Garlic for Uric Acid
Boil one Garlic bit in 250g
Mustard Oil and keep it in a glass jar. Daily add few drops of this oil in Nigella seeds oil and massage with it before going to sleep. Best tip to ease joints pain and also reduces uric acid level naturally.

Amla and Jaggery for Uric Acid
Make a powder with dried Phyllanthus Emblica (Amla) and mix 1 teaspoon amla powder with 2 teaspoon jaggery (gur) and take it with clay utensil water. One of the best natural tip to treat uric acid and to cure uric level in our body.

Strawberry and Blueberry for Uric Acid

What to Avoid
Red meat, eggs or egg yolk, seafood (codfish, tuna, caviar,sardines, trout, herring and anchovies) , organ meats (lamb, pork, chicken and beef) are high in purines. Refined carbohydrates and vegetables such as tomato, asparagus, spinach, green peas, brinjal, liver, mushrooms and cauliflower, alcohol
, salt cooked in food and whole grains,  salted nuts, biscuits, pickles, chutneys,  should also be avoided.

What to Add 
Foods high in potassium can be found in dark fishes like salmon, clams, mackerel, sardines, bananas, pineapple, mangoes, papaya, raisins, cherries, strawberries, blueberry, orange, pears and prunes, avocado, potato  and sweet potatoes. Drink at least 2 liters boiled water daily.
