Shipping Policy

• All products ordered through www.bns53.com will be shipped within 15 days of placing the order
• Incase a product is no longer available in stock, we will cancel the order and the payment for the same will be refunded directly to your back account.
• Your order history can be viewed by logging into your account.
• Free shipping is only applicable for orders exceeding Rs. 1000/-
• Free shipping is not applicable for international customers. International customers please check and confirm with us before placing any order.
• Tracking information for your order will be updated in your account once order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed can be cancelled only by our support team. Please contact our support team to cancel your order.
• Orders with un-deliverable or non-service regions as shipping address will be cancelled. You may contact us to confirm if we provide shipping to your address before placing an order with us.
• We generally do not accept cancellation requests 24 hours after an order has been placed or once the shipping information for your order has been updated by us on the website.
• Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
• Incase you are unsatisfied with the quality of products, we may ask you to ship back the same to us so that we can process a refund for the same. In such cases, shipping charges will not be re-funded.
